How to use Pause Mode

  • Press the lock button in the app.

  • When the vehicle is paused, the app screen will show the location and the paused time.

  • To unpause the vehicle, press the lock button again.

  • Confirm the popup and resume your ride.

Details

Pause Mode is available in service areas and drop-off restricted zones. However, it cannot be used in No Parking areas.

You will be charged by the minute while in Pause Mode.

This feature is available in version 2.109 or higher.

After 60 minutes of inactivity, the trip will end and you will be automatically charged (including the wait period).

This feature is subject to change or end at any time without prior notice.
