How to Use

Please make sure to tag your transportation card on the device when you rent or return a bicycle.
*Transportation card tap will begin/ended the ride with a 'beep' sound. If not tapped, additional fare will occur until it is automatically ended (max 30 minutes).
This is a service area
Please return the ride in the bright area of the map. If you return outside the service area, you will be guided by voice.
*After the voice guide, if you tag your transportation card without moving the vehicle, additional charges will apply.

If you open the GCOO app while on a ride, you can see the current screen you're using.

Additional fare may occur or the ride may be difficult to end depending on the service map colors.

When you tag a transportation card and use GCOO, the fare excluding the public transportation transfer discount amount will be charged.

After downloading the GCOO app, you can
ride GCOO bikes using a transportation card.Transfers between public transportation and GCOO bikes with a transportation card are only available in the Busan area.
Transfer perks apply when you ride a GCOO bike after riding the bus or subway.
Check the GCOO Service Guide (Fare & Hours, map guide, ride & park, Rules & Regulations, etc.) within the app before use.
The main payment method for GCOO and the transportation card must be registered separately.
When using GCOO by tagging a transportation card, GCOO Care is automatically applied with the Standard Plan.
In case of return by tagging a transportation card, you must also
tag it upon ending. Returning through the app is not possible.You can use both prepaid and postpaid transportation cards by tagging to ride GCOO bikes. (Samsung Card excluded)
However, when using a prepaid transportation card, you can tag to ride GCOO bike if the balance is at least ₩3,000.
[Discount Guide]
During the pilot project, the public transportation transfer discount amount is 500 won, but the discount amount may change or the service may be ended due to internal circumstances.
When tagging a transportation card to use GCOO, the GCOO discount policy (discount GCOO, park zone, unlimited transfer within 12 hours, return area discount, GCOO pass, etc.) and coupons, Eco points, etc. will not apply.
[Payment & Refund Guide]
Refund requests cannot be processed through online payment cancellation and will be handled through the user's account.
During the pilot period, only some public transportation in Busan City will apply discount benefits. Busan town buses, buses in outer areas (Gimhae, Yangsan, Ulsan), the Busan-Gimhae LRT, and Donghae Line do not apply discount benefits.
If there is unpaid traffic card fare, you can use GCOO after settling the unpaid amount.
